I also very much appreciate that Maria was good at explaining the documents I needed to sign, and patient with me as I read through them and asked questions. Excellent Customer Service!!!.

Maria at Public Storage Berkeley was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, she explained everything clearly, and she was super nice. She should be promoted to manager or at least give her a good pay raise. She made our storage experience easy and I left feeling very happy. Thank you.

He is so friendly and makes you feel welcome the minute you arrive. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect unit for our things.

Love this storage! The workers here are super helpful and patient. They are great help deciding what size boxes and storage is best for your situation and needs. I would definitely recommend. An add on bonus is that it is a clean location!.
