Called about 15 different companies and B&L got back to me and was able to help out the same day, Kevin was the plumber who helped me out and he was very nice and professional, 4 drains in my house including the kitchen drain were backed up, he fixed the kitchen drain and told me what was wrong with the rest. Kevin did an outstanding job neatly installed, never in a rush, making sure the work was done properly, and made a couple of adjustments that suited our needs perfectly thanks much B&L.

Called them on a Saturday and they were able to schedule me for Tuesday for hot water not working in kitchen sink. The technician Kevin was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He got my hot water working again in no time. Would definitely use them again.
