Mr. Rooter Plumbing

I called Mr rooter to get my kitchen sink plumbing unclogged. I was quoted a fair price which is exactly what I paid. No tax no hidden fees. Benjamin called 15 minutes before he was supposed to get here. He arrived on time. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He was clean. He wore booties whenever he was in the house and made sure that my laminate flooring would not get damaged. He unclogged my drain and ran water through it for a long time to make sure that it was clear. Cleaned up all of his mess which was very minimal. All in all this was literally the best plumbing type problem I've ever had. I will definitely be using Mr rooter in the future.

We were selling our home and the day we started packing our stuff to move out of our home (2 days before the new owners were due to take over and close) the water heater went out. We called several businesses in town and alot of companies had answering machines and I was in a time pinch. Mr. Rooter answered with in seconds and had someone scheduled that day for the quote and had someone scheduled to replace it before the other other companies ever called back.

Mr. Adrian F. was early and made sure I was available. He was professional, knowledgeable, and educated me on all things kitchen sink. He was efficient and cleaned up after his install. Very nice to have smart polite and well mannered young man doing such an awesome Job.
