Letts Plumbing

We live in a three-story townhome in Walnut Creek with a lot of stacked and convoluted plumbing. We had a tough clog in one of our toilets. When the clog came back pretty quickly after their initial visit, Lett’s came back with a more senior plumber and figured out the problem, fixing it for good and working with us regarding cost for the return visit. We have been working with Lett’s for years, and they are always professional, but this time in particular, they really came through for us. I have recommended Lett’s to friends and family for a long time and will continue to do so because of their continued great work.

Letts checks all the boxes for a top-rated service. They came over at night to take care of our leaking pipe and showed up again bright and early next morning to make sure the job was finished. Sheldon and James are thoroughly professional and reflect the high quality of service Letts has provided us over the past four years.

Great experience with Lett's this last Saturday am. Had a clog - they were out within an hour and cleaned the line. Also checked all the p-traps and made sure plumbing was working well. Highly recommend. The two guys that were here were professional and prompt.
