After numerous attempts of contacting other local 24/7 plumbers with no response. I contacted MR. ROOTER! And I received a call back within minutes on a late Sunday night. I was informed someone would be here within 15 minutes! The gentleman, T. Martin, that arrived explained everything in detail to me which I appreciated as well as explained costs before he started any work. He was very knowledgeable , informative and polite. I would HIGHLY recommend him to Anybody! I myself would request him in the future if I ever need a plumber again. He is a definite ASSET to the Mr. ROOTER name and company!!!! Gabe was so extremely nice, respectful and professional he took time to show us the problem we were having with our pipe and what caused it. He talked to us and explained everything from the issue to how he was going to fix it. He showed us before picture and after pictures and the changes he did. It was very easy to understand what the problem was, why it occurred and after the results were drastically different. I Would recommend Gabe to anyone we will for sure be using him and Rotor Rooter again in the future without a doubt!!!

Both Gabe and Brandon were absolutely awesome. Brandon was really knowledgeable and communicated everything perfectly. The whole experience from start to finish was as good as it could be when you are dealing with a leak. Even the receptionist was friendly and kept me up-to-date on arrival times. They may not be the cheapest, but the peace of mind is pretty priceless in an emergency.
