Our water heater safety valve broke and began pouring water out onto the floor. We called them really early in the morning and the owner tried to help us to fix the problem over the phone to save a service call. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable over the phone. They were able to respond within a couple of hours and fix the problem immediately. Very satisfied with their service and we plan to be, a loyal customer. Highly recommend.

I called after 4 on a Wednesday asking about removal of my old water heater and installation of new one a few feet from where the old one was located. They quoted me a fair price and said they would arrive the next morning between 8 and 9. They arrived at 8:05 and were finished just before 10 am. I highly recommend their friendly, efficient and professional service.

As usual with sump pumps, this was an urgent request. We left a message on a Sunday and they were able to replace the sump pump Monday morning. James was professional and courteous. I would use their services again. Thank you!
