Excellent! Amazing, Professional, and they really take pride and care of their customers! This is our first in ground pool and I am so glad I did all my research and picked Chip & Dip! I could not recommend them more! Their staff are truly incredible, from the start with Kristen & Phil, to the end with all their wonderful team members!.

On very short notice, Phil and his team fitted our pool with a new pump and heater with accessories. They managed to squeeze us in during a very busy part of the season. Very professional and accessible.

I am not sure who I spoke to on the phone today, but they went above and beyond in giving me advice on fixing an issue with my pool filter. I originally called looking for a product, which the associate told me that they didn't have, and that it didn't really apply to my pool equipment. I told them about the issue I was experiencing, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me in choosing a next course of action. I am a brand new pool owner and it's all really overwhelming for me, so I deeply appreciated the time they took in helping me. I followed their advice step by step and was successful in fixing my issue. Thank you so much whoever helped me today!.

The employee/ manager guy was very talkative and friendly. I asked a lot of questions . He seemed to have an answer for my questions. I hope he was accurate. The store does not carry some parts which I think is difficult because customers tend to go to stores more easily than going to a warehouse. We needed an attachment that they did not carry but that the warehouse does. I can order it from warehouse but I needed it immediately.

Great service, Ryan took great care of us and helped us find items on sale. He was friendly and we will be visiting this location again soon.
