EXTRA SPACE STORAGE REVIEWS

We rented a space at this facility for a year and a half to go through my mom's things after she went into assisted living. We had a climate-controlled unit that was perfect for us. We could work in our unit no matter the weather. Kevin has always been great to work with. When I brought friends with me to the unit to pick up some furniture, they commented on how clean and nice the facility was. We would rent here again if we needed to.

Well i stop by to check a storage price and kevin attend to me he its really good he walk-me thru everything and i rent storage from him we need a lit people like him to love his job 5 starts for him and for the storage facility.

This was such a great experience for my first time renting a storage locker. It was during a family medical crisis and Kevin was beyond helpful. The whole process was easy and quick. HIGHLY recommend.

Spoke with Samantha at first,setup a reservation for Tuesday... Nason was there on Tuesday, he showed me an outside unit... Went with that, getting paperwork done was quick and easy... I got the app as well for my phone. Thanks to Jason and Samantha for making this process as painless as possible!! A great help... Edit: There was a miscommunication on the available outside unit,but it was resolved quickly, the app is somewhat cumbersome, but now smooth sailing for a 1st time storage renter.

Moving can be stressful so I was very grateful for Kim at Public Storage in Aurora, she made the process clear and smooth! I was signed up and in my storage pretty quickly and so far this has been the easiest part of my move!.

Absolutely painless, Kim was so nice and informative. Made our experience much easier. Thank you for the great service.

CubeSmart’s flexibility on available sizes and rates was very helpful. But Ron’s location was recommended to us and he was the primary reason for choosing CubeSmart. He worked with us, explained everything, and made us feel like we were working with a friend. He was proactive when I told him that we may need a second unit and had it, and the lock, ready to go when I came back. He also was extremely helpful when I rented the truck. The second reason for choosing CubeSmart was the use of the truck. We needed it only for a short time, but it was essential. Thank you to Ron for working with us on that process as well. He made things work smoothly. I would highly recommend this particular CubeSmart with Ron!!.

For over a year, I have been renting a storage unit at CubeSmart on Gabrielle Lane in Aurora, IL and I must say that my experience with all the Staff there have been so awesome thruout my storage stay! Particularly, Ron in the Office, who has always been professional, kind and courteous each time I have made communication there regarding my unit.
