Alex did a great job repairing the many cracks in the mortar of our brick home. He was super quick to respond and gave me an immediate quote. He pricing was very fair. He came out when scheduled and did quick work. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with.

Initially, I thought that I needed to get the Chimney on the home tuckpointed, so I researched masonry contractors in the area and came across Dan and his team. Dan and I exchanged some pictures of the work, he visited the site, and noted based upon the decay of the chimney it was better to just rebuild it vs tuckpointing. We agreed on the price and time frame. Dan's team of masons came out and completed the work in about 2 days. His masonry team were great, professional, and explained the process. Clean up of the job site was excellent. Truly top notch and one I'd hire again for my masonry needs in the future.

Alex and team did a great job in replacing the cap on our chimney. They were very responsive and communicated very well. They provided a fair estimate. We had a tight timeline in getting the work completed and Aurora Tuckpointing and Masonry was able to meet that time line. They showed up and did the job. Took two days (one to tear out the old cap and install the new one, second day to remove the frame and clean up). Very neat and clean job. I would use again on any other brick or masonry project.

I cannot say enough great things about A-1 Safety Chimney Services! I called them this week on a Monday with a fairly emergent exhaust flue issue and they fit me in the next day. Zach and Daniel were incredible! So thorough and professional. They walked them through every step of the way. They found a HUGE squirrel nest in my pipe and removed it same day. This was causing major condensation and rusting on my exhaust pipes coming off my furnace. They made sure everything was taken care of and even treated my exhaust flue on the roof to keep it from rusting more. Looks brand new! I know who I'll be calling for any future work! (hopefully this doesn't happen again, but a simple check annually is probably a great idea!). Thank you again so much for everything! I'm telling everyone about how great you guys are! We have an old building with very fussy gas fireplaces. A-1 Safety was the company that seemed to best understand my questions about our issues and they came promptly to get it up and running a few years ago. Zac and Ryan did a spectacular job of repairing our fireplace, yesterday. They were neat, precise and patient as we asked a million questions.
