Plumbing & A/C Medic was quick to respond to our plumbing needs. They sent Jerry and Don out the same day. Both were very polite and professional. They quickly assessed the problem with our under house leak and showed us a picture of the needed repair. The repair would be simple, so Jerry told my husband what parts and tool were needed and said we could easily fix it ourselves. We happily agreed. So thankful to Jerry and Don for being so honest and helpful. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know and we actually already have.

Henry was very professional, friendly, and efficient! He did a great job explaining what he worked on, and even helped with an additional service (cleaning our Reverse Osmosis filter). Service was able to be scheduled day-of, and the dispatch was very communicative.

I called, Victoria said I'll get a call in 60 to 90 minutes. Carlos was excellent. He texted and arrived either an hour, last call of the day. Lucky us! He cleared our drain within minutes, explained what he was doing. He was friendly, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. The basic quoted price is what it cost--a great price! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks!
