Arrived on time. Provided a reasonable estimate. No Mark up for weekend. Explained all of the work they would perform. Cleared clog pretty quickly.
Also got sewer line scoped as part of the service. Stephenson and Craig provided excellent service.
I called after 6pm expecting only to make an appointment for the next day. She said she was sending out a tech right away. Guillermo came and had the leak and 2 new shut off valves now I am back to doing laundry. I would recommend Roto Rooter to everyone.
