Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Called this past week when we had a toilet constantly running and overflowing in our office. The excellent service started from the minute my phone call was answered. The woman on the phone was so nice and helpful. She scheduled a plumber to come out within a couple hours; between the hours of 12 and 5pm. I received a call around 2pm that the plumber was about 30 minutes out. The plumber showed up and was there maybe 20 minutes and our problem was solved. The last minute service call cost the business under $300. Just an overall fantastic experience. We will definitely be using Roto Rooter for any future plumbing needs. The value of Roto Rooter was amazing for our small business!

We had a sewer back up after hours and they responded with good pricing and very good work from our tech James Moody 8602. He explained everything he was doing, he was detailed, and he even cleaned up after himself. I will recommend him to everyone and this company. I am very thankful for his service and good job fixing my issues.

Had an awful mess. Called Roto-Rooter and they came within the hour. Nick did an awesome, thorough job cleaning it out and getting the roots out of the system so the water/waste could flow freely. Nick is very professional, courteous, fast and friendly. I highly recommend the service.
