Showing my son a better way to cope with his anger! They made him stop and think about how to handle the rough situations that come up in life. They gave him the confidence in being himself. They put a smile back on his face by sharing a laugh or two with him. I have nothing but respect and love for everyone at Positive Changes.

Dr. Carrie Jones is a God send for my 16 year old daughter. My daugher looks forward to attending her sessions. Dr. Carrie connects well and relates like no other therapist has. She gives my daughter a sense of security to be able to share whatever is she is dealing with. Being grounded in the Word of God is also a plus. I trust that with my child because her guidance is coupled with formal education and experience, along with morals and values that align with God's will for our lives. We are so blessed to have Dr. Carrie, and I recommend her to anyone who has a teen that needs someone to talk to that can guide and direct them to mental and emotional health.
