Sleep Trends is a physician-owned sleep lab accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. They evaluate and treat adults and children experiencing sleep disorders, such as Sleep Apnea, Snoring, Insomnia, Restless Leg Syndrome, and Narcolepsy. Their staff will facilitate all necessary equipment set up, such as CPAP, BiPAP, mask, tubing, and more. They follow up with their patients to monitor compliance and make any necessary adjustments to their equipment. The clinic treats all your sleep disorders and nourishes your physical and mental wellbeing. Here, Sleep Studies are scheduled seven nights a week.

With labs located in Dallas and Rockwall and accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, they are one of the few sleep diagnostic centers to offer in one location, a medical evaluation by a physician certified in Neurology and Sleep Medicine, and a state of the art sleep laboratory for patient sleep studies. They provide Consultations, Screenings, Therapy, Support, and Interface Devices. Each evaluation is performed by P. Terrence Moore, MD FAASM, who is Board Certified in Neurology and Sleep Medicine. He completed Board Certification by the American Board of Sleep Medicine in 1995. He successfully passed the latest board exam in Sleep Medicine under the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2009. 4 Better Sleep Centers is situated just 18 minutes (13.9 miles) from downtown Mesquite.
