Dr. Moore, I wanted to thank you for the very precious, kind, patient, wonderful young lady you have attending your receptionist position!! Every time I’ve come in of late, which has been about three times in a row with a question she always takes her time. She always gives me a full answer And she always always has helped me! I wanted to let you know that not only WE are lucky you have her, I want to make sure YOU know how very very lucky you are to have her at that front desk!!! She always gives me a full answer. Dr. Moore was very helpful with my 7year olds case. He had great mannerisms and spoke to my child instead of directing everything to me. The sleep study went as well as it could. The room was very homey. My son said the bed was comfortable, the tech as friendly and helped make my sons experience even better. The tech even walked us to the exterior door to make sure we got to the car safely since it was still dark out when we left. All around, excellent service.

My caregiver and I went to 4 Better Sleep, Heath office last week to get a new mask that fit me better. Ty gave lots of good information about cpap masks and tried a lot of styles on me. She was very patient and caring.
