I received some heartbreaking news about my cat during my visit, but the compassion and professionalism shown by this clinic made a difficult experience much more bearable. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, veterinary technician, and Dr. Chambers were incredibly kind and attentive. They treated my cat with such gentleness and care, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. Dr. Chambers, in particular, went above and beyond. She personally called me to discuss my cat’s diagnosis and took the time to address all of my concerns, helping to ease my anxiety during an emotional moment. Her empathy and reassurance made a significant difference, and I’m incredibly grateful. If I could give this clinic 10 stars, I would. I fully intend to bring my other cats here for their future checkups. The level of care and kindness is truly exceptional.

I brought my 15-year-old Shih Tzu in for an urgent visit after she had a severe allergic reaction and was chewing her skin raw. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient. They took us into a room right away, and although they said it might be a 40-minute wait, we were seen much sooner. The tech was thorough, and the vet was so gentle and sweet with my pup. They gave us everything we needed, including an E-cone, and she’s already feeling so much better. Highly recommend for urgent pet care.

I took my dog in with Parvo symptoms, the results came back positive. They were very sweet, explained everything and made me feel calmer about the situation. They gave me the options and walked me through the medication procedure. They never made it seem like it was guaranteed, but they gave me some hope. Oreo has already recovered after 2 days, and it was all because they were so great and helped me to understand everything I needed to do.

don’t think I have ever met a group of people that love animals so much!! I needed professionals to cut my babies nails and I picked the perfect place!!! I established him as a patient first. They did all his bloodwork and ensured he was up to date on his vaccines. My lil baby(8yrs) is not typically a dog that will let people touch him. He proved that at his first visit. But they handled him with care and reassured me non stop ….he’s perfectly healthy now…nails trimmed and just a lil chunky…we are happy happy customers Thanks for everything Brad and mom.

i'm so thankful for dr. thomas and her staff! she helped us so much with our senior yorkie & guided us through her epilepsy and dementia with so much compassion last year. they offered us multiple options to try to improve her quality of life and when it was time to say goodbye, they treated that so delicately as well. now they're taking care of our new puppy and i'm so happy with the prices and quality of care. thank you guys.

boarded my furbabies for 4 days.Easy drop off and pick up. Reasonable cost. I dont k ow much about their stay but they were happy and healthy when picked up.
