Karen Wise, MS, LPC

I've been in therapy in NYC and Denver for most of my adult life and my time with Karen continues to be the most transformational. Karen is helping me unpack trauma that I've run from all of my life and is doing so in a way that is direct, yet tender (a wonderful therapeutic combination, in my opinion). Karen is getting at layers of me that other therapists haven't been able to reach. She challenges me to do the hard work required to heal and I've never felt more supported. She is helping to open doors and clear hallways to help reduce chaos and add more authentic love. I work with Karen not only in service of myself but in the service of my two young daughters.
