CAPITOL HEIGHTS PHARMACY REVIEWS

Incredible resource for the neighborhood. People may not realize how few independent pharmacies are left. They have a great group of pharmacists that actually care, not the overworked and abused corporate drones you are used to seeing. I get my prescriptions filled here whenever possible and recommend you do the same. They also have extremely reasonably priced generic over the counter medications and a comprehensive vaccine offering. It's so much better than any of the major chains. There is also a really impressive selection of beer, wine, liquors, and premade cocktails with an emphasis on local/regional and without a ridiculous markup. A true gem.

This used to be my neighborhood pharmacy and after I moved, I go out of my way to stay with them. They are incredible, kind, fast, local and best of all COMPETENT. I’ve never described another pharmacy this way. Everyone I recommend them to thanks me.

I love this pharmacy. I’m sad that they can’t always fill some prescriptions because insurance companies are forcing people to shop with big chains. I use them whenever I can.

Alto pharmacy was awesome to work with. My only issue was that they ship with fedex and the drivers where I live literally never deliver to my apartment. I’ve gotten so many things stolen that way. This time, they dropped it off to the office so, I had to go all the way down there. But, as far as Alto themselves, they’re great. Maybe just have the option of shipping with another carrier. Btw, the picture is not how it shipped. It was shipped with a lot of packaging to keep it safe.

Their process is smooth, easy, and efficient. Customer service questions were responded to quickly, and they even connected me with a pharmacist when there were shipping delays from ups and I was concerned about stability of medication that needed to stay cold.

Alto absolutely came in clutch when my pharmacy never sent me a time critical medication at all and I needed it. They were super quick and super kind! Very happy they were there for me.

I've been using Clear Spring for a little over 6 months and I have only good things to say about them. After moving, I needed a new pharmacy and had positive experiences calling in prescriptions for clients in my line of work. They are efficient, friendly, and have a nice selection of items you might need in addition to your prescription. One of the staff members even brought a possible supplement/drug interaction to my attention and had the pharmacist advise me on next steps. Really appreciated the attention to detail. After having some pretty poor experiences at big name pharmacies over the years, I will only go to Clear Spring from now on.

This is such a great pharmacy. The people are helpful and knowledgeable. Brandy always gets my prescriptions out quickly and accurately. She is so nice! If you have questions about any supplement, Michele is the best person to ask. She obviously knows her stuff and is passionate about what she does. Great one stop shop.

Clearspring is the best! Their lines move quickly, the staff is helpful and kind and they always fill my prescriptions promptly. Thankful to have them in the area.
