SAMADHI YOGA REVIEWS

Samadhi is an incredible place of wonder, learning, community, and beautiful practice. All of the classes are so well structured and intentional. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the regular instructors and substitute teachers, to the management are all so encouraging, supportive, and helpful. I did my 200 YTT here and it was life changing and empowering. I cannot recommend Samadhi enough whether you are looking to just move or deepen your philosophical yoga learning.

The entire space was extremely inviting from the people to the decor. Also Jeremy is by far one of the wisest yoga instructors I've had the privilege of experiencing. 10/10. Would highly recommend yoga nidra with Jermey to anyone looking for more peace and a deeper connection with themselves and the universe.

Matthew taught a great hatha yoga sequence! I brought a friend for her first samadhi class and we had an excellent experience. I really appreciate Matthew's obvious training as a teacher and practitioner.

YOGA BOX HIGHLAND REVIEWS

I tried Yoga Box on a whim and instantly loved it! The sculpt classes are challenging but so so so much fun. There are so many great instructors who put a lot of thought into their classes and make it a welcoming environment for all levels. It's such a big plus that an unlimited membership allows you to visit any YB location. You won't find better value in the Denver area. I sadly had to cancel because I moved out of state, and I've accepted that I won't find anything like Yoga Box. It's truly the best.

This studio is amazing! The classes offer both a great cardio and strength workout and I always leave class feeling very in tune with mind and body. The teachers are wonderful and I always feel very welcomed by the studio staff! Would highly recommend.

I love taking classes at yoga box. You get a really good workout with strength and cardio and go through a yoga sequence and yoga poses for flexibility as well. I love the lighting and the heat. Looking forward to more classes.

YOGA CENTER OF DENVER REVIEWS

A divine space filled with beautiful wood flooring and woodwork design. I hosted an event there and everyone loved it so much. You can feel all the love and intention that went into the creation and build out. This magical space brought my vision to life featuring dance workshops, dj lineup, sound healing, performances, vendors, interactive fashion experience, elixirs, food. Grateful to work with such an amazing staff and space at The Yoga Center of Denver.

We found this place by accident while driving home during a snow storm earlier this winter and we just fell in love with this studio. We love the Gentle Flow and Restore with Samantha. Don't let the road construction discourage you from visiting, you won't be disappointed when you do visit.

I'm so happy I found this studio! These are the best yoga classes I've taken, and I love the variety of classes offered at different times that accommodate my work schedule. It's a very welcoming, calming space - not intimidating at all. I just purchased a class pack and am excited to start coming more regularly.
