I loved having Heidi as my midwife! This was my husband's and my first child, and we had no idea what to expect. She made me feel so comfortable, cared for, and understood throughout the entire process of prenatal and postnatal care. From our first interview with her she took the time to answer all of my husband's and my questions (and we asked a lot) and explain what I could expect according to how far along I was, and what I needed to do to take care of myself and my growing baby. We never felt rushed or that we didn't have time to ask questions during our appointments. Heidi is so knowledgeable, she had an answer for every one of our plethora of questions. During our appointments we always felt like her top priority. This continued during the postnatal visits once my child was born. She also took the time to really get to know my husband and I to best support us through pregnancy and during birth. Labor for me ended up going much faster than anticipated, but Heidi and the other midwives were prepared and helped me to change my birth plan without me feeling stressed or worried. Luckily everything went well during my labor, but I felt prepared and felt safe with all the contingency plans that Heidi and I had talked about during our appointments. If I could leave her more than 5 stars I would!

Heidi is an amazing Midwife and person! I am so glad I chose her for my prenatal care. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. I loved every part of working with her. When home birth was no longer an option for me, she helped me navigate finding proper care to make sure me and my baby were safe! I trust her ability to deliver at home entirely, and her wisdom to know when not to. I hope to be able to use her again for my next pregnancy and home birth.

I love Heidi. My husband and I have chosen to use her for 3 babies now and I’d totally recommend her. She provides personalized quality care and you can count on her telling you the truth so your family can make truly informed choices for your own healthcare path. Heidi does a great job making your maternity care a partnership instead of you just being railroaded into something you may or may not want. She truly shines in the birth room where you know you and your baby are safe and watched over.

Our family is extremely grateful for our birth experience and appointments at CB&W. Everyone we talked to held space for us to make our own decisions regarding our prenatal care choices and birth experience. This was empowering for us and gave us room to truly enjoy each step of our pregnancy and birth without having a guard up or needing to defend any of our decisions. The doulas, educational classes, and midwives were always relaxed and never in a rush to inform us each step of the way, even when we asked the same question multiple times. We knew nothing about bringing a newborn home, and they made us feel completely normal and encouraged us constantly. We didn't have much family support postpartum, and the team at CB&W helped us to feel loved and supported as we were navigating the first few weeks of breastfeeding, diaper changes, and little sleep.

CB&W was absolutely amazing from the very beginning of our prenatal care all the way through supporting my family after our daughter was born. Through the prenatal appointments the midwives always made sure to listen to any concerns or questions I may have and to explain everything that was going on. During the birth they were so calming and encouraging. My little girl ended up in the children hospital and the midwives and doulas all checked in on us and were so supportive during that difficult time
