Great experience so far. I've seen two of their therapists. Both have different styles but I was happy with both as I felt they took into consideration what my goals were and what was needed. I was very impressed with the last person I saw, Misa. The first time I saw her I told her about some concerns I had regarding not being able to get comfortable and we came up with a plan to strategically position a couple pillows to alleviate this. The 2nd time I saw her, she already had the extra pillows set up because she remembered my preferences after one visit.
Elements Massage in Bellevue is an excellent facility! They have clean and inviting waiting rooms and restrooms, the front office is professional and friendly, and my massage therapist (Vernadete) did an excellent job. I will definitely be back!

HAND & STONE MASSAGE AND FACIAL SPA REVIEWS
I have visited the Crossroads spa twice now. My first visit I had a Himalayan salt stone massage which was very relaxing and felt great. The therapist was very good. He was very intuitive, asked the right questions and listened to what I wanted. My second visit was for a facial. Melissa was wonderful. I left with my face feeling amazing (and I have had many facials). For the money, the results were pretty impressive. I decided to become a member. Looking forward to many more treatments!
The first visit I had in here was so welcoming and inviting. Everyone here is wonderful! I felt very comfortable in the room with Dianne when she massaged me, she asked me about all my problem areas and helped me feel amazing again! The ethestians here are also fantasic! They are very knowledgable and informative, and their facials are extremely relaxing. Overall this spa is fantastic, I would never go to another!
