Dr. Walia at Overlake Clinics Sleep Medicine is a consummate professional, and a thoughtful and considerate individual. I'd strongly recommend him to anyone who is uncertain about whether to engage with a sleep doctor or undergo a home sleep test. He us sharp as a tack but has an easygoing manner.

At first I was timid to even consider going to a sleep clinic. However Tiana has made me feel human, and Dr. Saw explained things so well to me that I felt confident in my care. For the first time in a long time I don't feel alone or confused in my healthcare journey.

I would highly recommend this clinic for sleep medicine services. Dr. Chen and Ms. Taylor D have been super friendly and professional through my visits. Dr. Chen was definitely an active listener and a caring person, instead of just "another doctor." He seemed straight forward but very careful (humble himself) on the doctor-to-patient communications. Also, I found that it had been impressive how promptly I could hear back from him or Taylor, the clinic assistant, by either email or call. Taylor was very helpful and super patient to all my requests, especially the billing issue in the very beginning. I admit that I can be a nitpicking and hot-headed person from time to time. Well, my experience with Taylor and this clinic has been wonderful and far beyond my expectations. Many thanks for both Dr. Chen and Taylor D.

Dr. Chen is fantastic. He is an expert as you'd expect, but also a very thoughtful listener, and a nice guy who really cares about his patients.

A dream come true! Exceptionally responsive and generous. Would recommend.

Annual visit to Dr Carstensen for oral appliance management was professional, efficient and very friendly. Some new suggestions and modifications to my device are working great. My questions were all answered.

Everyone was very kind and the whole experience was quite wonderful. Everything was straightforward and explained clearly.

Always friendly and very knowledgeable too. Just got my mouthguard excited to get going in it.
