Myofascial release therapy has been a wonderful addition to my health and wellness journey I’ve started! Phil has been super kind and knowledgeable. I don’t particularly enjoy reg massages since I never feel better afterwards, I think I’m just too tense. After myofascial, I feel a gentle soreness, but I’m much looser, even mentally I feel a sense of relief. He’s helped my TMJ issues, migraines, and recently some of my Mom’s carpal tunnel issues. Next up, old injuries! Lol Thanks Phil!
My boyfriend and I had a couples massage. Cassie and Illiana were our therapists. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. My therapist got in all the nooks and crannies of my back and was able to relieve me of a chronic pain I was experiencing.
I was suffering from work related stress through my neck and shoulders. The massage loosened my muscles and I left feeling relaxed and without pay. The staff were friendly, the facility was clean and subdued and the therapist was skilled. It was a great experience
