Wendy was amazing. We had come in a few weeks earlier to shop. She was very helpful, patient, and educational. We felt no pressure. We spent a few weeks looking at several options. Ultimately it came down to the Brooklyn Bedding Sedona Luxe and an option from another manufacturer. We came back almost a month after our first shopping visit. Wendy still had all our information, walked us through everything in a pressure free conversational discussion. We decided to go with the Brooklyn Bedding option because it is local, we had spent almost an hour laying on this bed between the two visits, and the excellent customer experience.

Wendy and the entire staff were outstanding. Help us with our purchase price and got us financing to be able to complete our purchase. Wendy was amazing in helping us pick out a new mattress. Very informative! She was soo pleasant and helpful. She was very nice to our kids and even helped entertain them. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and our children loved her.
