Mattress Firm Back Bay

I had a great experience with the team at the Back Bay Mattress Firm! We were on our way to another location but called and spoke to Mark and decided to go there instead since he was so helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. The team had so much patience and helped us with picking the right one to fit our needs. They also have a really great back to sale going on, I definitely recommend Mark, Mike and Fred.

From the minute I walked into the store. Mike greeted me and right away made me feel welcome. I had in mind what I wanted, but then after conversations and clarity on certain mattresses, we came to a great solution. There were lots of laughs and issues on the phone with credit, but I honestly had such a good time with Mike and his manager of the store and I’m very excited to get my mattress delivered.

Thank you Luis and Mark for your kindness and help in finding me a mattress and in accommodating for an exchange. Such amazing, compassionate, and thoughtful people. Mattressfirm Back bay will always be go-to.
