This was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be coming back! My experience exceeded all expectations. I stopped in yesterday to treat myself to some flowers, and the sales associate went above and beyond to help me create the perfect arrangement. The flowers were absolutely stunning—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged with incredible artistry and creativity. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and selection. Highly recommend!

My friend’s husband has been seriously ill, constantly back and forth to the Brigham for about a year. She mentioned he’s been feeling down and I asked if there were anything I could do. She suggested a card. Since she didn’t know how long he’d be there I opted for flowers and researched florists close by and I found Fern! What a jewel!! I spoke to the owner, described the patient and said I didn’t want a feminine arrangement. He suggested going with some unique choices which sounded perfect. The icing on the cake was he offered to go next door to the grocery store and pick up a few chili peppers as our friend is a chili connoisseur. How appropriate!! My friend’s husband was delighted with the arrangement and to say it was a hit is putting it mildly. Thanks again Fern for coming to the rescue. Well done.

Bruce and The Fern team are AMAZING! We came to them with a request for a floral collar for my dog for a cocktail party and then decided to add floral centerpieces as well (along with a surprise arrangement mom had ordered, its the big pink one photographed below as well, which was stunning). We called on a Tuesday needing these on the upcoming Friday and Bruce and the Fern team could not have been more accommodating or helpful - they are not only talented floral artists but also absolute professionals. We are so grateful to them and will absolutely be using them in the future and recommend them highly!!!

They did a beautiful job. I called last minute and they were very kind and accommodated for me by custom making a beautiful arrangement and having it sent to my gf at work, all happened very timely. throughout the whole experience, they communicated both through email and text message, which I felt was above and beyond great customer service.. thank you!!

This is my favorite floral shop. I have been ordering bouquets, small potted plants, and holiday garland/wreaths for several years. Their arrangements are gorgeous. They are interesting and different but always classic and beautiful. Everyone who works at the Newbury store is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. Their holiday wreaths and garland are so special!

Absolutely gorgeous arrangements! I needed flowers for my proposal, but my friend had to pick them up, so I didn’t get to see any examples when I ordered. I told Rick what colors I wanted and just hoped that they would turn out great… and they blew away all expectations! The flowers were beautiful and the perfect color, and the roses and lilies they used were HUGE! Definitely worth the price, and made the proposal so much more meaningful to have real fresh flowers!

When Wedding, showers, funerals, holidays, and “just because” flowers are needed this is my GO TO spot. Prices are on point. Selection is great and they are very good at special orders too. There is parking on the side of the building if you can’t find one out front.

Rick & his team create the most beautiful and long lasting flower arrangements. The thought and care that goes behind each arrangement does not go unnoticed - from small arrangements to large party pieces the work is meticulous . Would recommend this flower shop to anyone for beautiful and quality flowers!
