We were looking for a car for our daughter . We walked in and Joseph greeted us with a big smile . We felt positive energy and vibes right from the start . We sat down with him , he made the experience very pleasant , we felt at ease. There was no pressure , there was honesty , and he was very professional. He kept in touch with us throughout the process , updating us often on what was next . We purchased the car , Nick in finances was very helpful. He went on to wait until the next day ( we went on a Sunday ) to try to get us a better rate rather then us paying more then what we needed to.
