3 Best Hotels in Boston, MA

I stayed at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel for a work conference, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel’s atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. It’s sophisticated, historic, and full of charm. The location couldn’t be better, with so many of Boston’s top attractions, dining, and shopping just steps away. What truly blew me away was the stunning ballroom where I had the opportunity to speak to a large audience. The space was elegant, spacious, and perfectly set up for a professional event, making the experience even more memorable. Beyond the conference, the hotel offers fantastic amenities and dining options. Whether grabbing a bite at one of the restaurants or enjoying the various conveniences the hotel provides, everything was top-notch. The staff was attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. The Boston Park Plaza truly delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I look forward to returning.

Fantastic hotel with a great walking location to everything. The hotel has an old world historical feel with updated rooms and luxury amenities. The rooms have amazing views of Boston- even the bathroom in our suite had a large picturesque window with great views. The beds and pillows are the best, feels like home, and room service was excellent too. The lounge is really convenient and has a great modern chic vibe, with excellent options. Will definetely visit again.

the beds were amazing.. wasn't too sure about the stand-alone shower. It felt amazing. staff was helpful, kind and patient Location WAS PERFECT for boston Marathon. sad we should have booked the whole weekend sooner. Instead, we had to transfer hotels. I'd definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic for our conference with the bridge across the road was amazing because we could get to every seminar. Now the service from front desk was amazing. We had an issue with our room and they had a new room ready that next hour. Breakfast with room service was fantastic. They gave great portions with plenty to share. They were always kind and helpful. There were some things that could improve. They tried to create a accessible room but with the shower curtain goes over the bench that created a puddle on the floor. It was also difficult to reach washclothes because I am short but would be impossible if you needed a wheelchair for mobility.

Julia - you are a blessing! She was so sweet and went above and beyond to help get a room due to an oversight on our end. She was so empathetic to my plight and was able to work something out with the manager. The room was beautiful but most important all the staff I encountered were just so nice, thoughtful and helpful during my stressful moment! Thank you for helping me out in a new and beautiful city! I hope to visit Marriott Copley again just for fun not for business.

Our entire stay was amazing! Amy at the front desk was truly exceptional! She got us checked in early with a corner room because our room was still occupied. She made sure I got my Marriott bonvoy points too. She was very kind and truly made our stay here welcoming! She deserves a big shout out! And the cleaning lady even said good morning and thanking us for staying with them. Will definitely be back.
