John Swaffle helped me he was amazing. I am having difficulties making sure my dad has what he needs. I went to another dealer claiming to have the bed I need. They did not have it. Went to mattress firm and John found it and gave me an amazing deal on exactly what we needed. This gave me so much relief. I'll be a customer for life. Waco store. John was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He made a difficult situation better and I am so grateful.

He was courteous, listened to my needs, and was very thorough on all matters ( sleep support, price, finance opportunities, etc).
