Had a very great experience shopping our new mattress with Lucy! She listened to our needs and concerns and gave us wonderful suggestions for the mattress as well as the protector and sheets! She was communicative through the process till the delivery. It’s not often you go mattress shopping, and I was a bit dreading to face the “salesman” approach at most mattress shops, but Lucy was very professional and never felt like I was pressured. Totally recommend.
