5 Stars – Outstanding Service! I had an amazing experience at Kevin Jewelers! Karanee was the best sales associate—so friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Valentine’s gift for my wife. The manager was also incredible, making sure everything went smoothly, and even the cashier was super nice. The whole team made me feel welcome, and their customer service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back to get my wife that Rolex watch! Highly recommend they have me as a new customer Joseph beautiful bracelet highly recommend.

I had the best experience here with Lourdez Rivera , the sweetest woman with the best energy. She was so accommodating with our budget! I cannot express how happy I am we bought my 2 carat ring with a wedding band included and my partners 14k 6mm wedding band as well with her. I had to adjust the ring size on my wedding ring and they were quick 30 minutes for the re size and was ready to go home. She has the best intentions for her clients and it is because of woman like here I am comfortable walking into a jewelers. Hire more woman like her with her beautiful smile and positive energy. She had us laughing all afternoon and I will never forget her as the woman who sold us our wedding rings.

I had a great experience at the jewelry store, thanks to Alees and Ruqaya who helped me. They were friendly, patient, and really knew their stuff. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Excellent service especially from their manager. I truly appreciated their help!
