I had a great experience at J&E. The dealership quoted almost 1k for fixing something on my car so I started looking around and came across J&E. They had good reviews so I emailed and got a response back from Emad super quick with a quote almost half of that and was able to bring it in a few days later. They were quick and it ended up being a little cheaper than the initial quote I was given which is always nice lol. Emad was very nice and even recommended a place in the area to fix my recently cracked windshield. Would definitely recommend and come back.

I decided to forego the Infiniti dealer, and chose J&E Automotive based on their "glowing" reviews. They absolutely did not disappoint. I made an appt via their online system and Emad confirmed date and time to drop off my car. Emad was able to pinpoint.why my "check engine" light came on my Infiniti. He informed me on what sensor needed to be replaced. I also had him do an oil change while they had my car. It's been a few days and my car is running great. Find my new service shop! I highly recommend Emad and his team.

Great experience getting my car maintenance done here. Emad, was very honest about what work needed to be done and what did not need to be done. He even had a brake fluid flush thrown in for free. Very fair prices for the services they offer. Will be a returning customer for sure.
