Who knew but Pacific BMW now has a mobile service team that can come rescue you. My 2015 BMW X4 battery was totally shot, and I couldn't easily get the vehicle to the service center. Knowing that the new battery would need to be programmed, I was struggling to find a method to get the car working again fully. What a major relief that they were able to come out and do the full service, installing a new battery and programming it. The field techs that came out were super helpful and made it all seem super easy. I'm thankful for this level of service now offered and have always had great experiences at Pacific BMW. Highly recommend.

Not only was the service excellent as expected, but since the renovation, customers now have an ideal place to either Relax, and watch TV or get work done on their laptops. I was able to accomplish several hours of business while waiting. No inconvenience whatever! And the tantalizing aroma of hazelnut coffee was a nice perk. Everything is extremely well maintained, including the restrooms.
