My Glendale Florist provided the most outstanding customer service for me. I'm in Missouri and ordered flowers to be delivered as a birthday gift in Burbank. On the morning of the delivery, I found out the recipient was out of the country. By texting My Glendale Florist, they were able to cancel that day's delivery (I didn't want to waste perfectly good flowers). They offered to reschedule for when the recipient would be back home, and then waited patiently until I figured that out. To top it all off, the flowers themselves were gorgeous!.

I Love this place!! My flowers were beautiful staff is very nice and helpful. I am so happy I went to a dinner party and they had the prettiest centerpiece ever! That’s how I found this place.

My Glendale Florist is the best! They’re super good at custom designs and execute what i’m looking for so beautifully. They’re easy to work with and very kind, and their prices are reasonable. Truly a gem.

They just asked me what my price range was at they were able to make a fresh bouquet that my wife and family enjoyed. Couldn't have asked for better, personable and quick service.

Narine was amazing! So helpful and accommodating when trying to decide what arrangement to take to my new baby niece. Excellent customer service!!! Narine is so talented - she put two beautiful arrangements together for me on the fly. Would highly recommend.
