I had a great experience with Original Mattress! From shopping on their website, to phone conversations and ordering, to the delivery, the overall attitude of their business felt relaxed but professional. The staff are willing to give helpful advice, but they didn't pressure me into making any decisions. Specifically, I appreciated working with Bill, who answered my questions and helped process my order via phone, and I also appreciated Ken and Darryl's professional and very timely delivery of the mattress! The mattress itself feels well made and was a decent price for the quality! I'm still getting used to it, but it suits my needs and I am overall happy with it. Would definitely recommend Original Mattress to others.

Honestly just a tremendous experience. Joseph was incredibly experienced, professional, and courteous. I basically got the exact mattress I was looking for and the price I was looking for; no pressure to upsell or tack on hidden fees. Everything was incredibly transparent without any sales pressure. Needed a new mattress, walked out 30 minutes later with a new mattress, one that I'm pretty excited about. Fantastic experience and will likely be returning every 10 years to purchase from them again.

Everything went smoothly. Received attention from a sales associate (Ron) as soon as we walked in the door he was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we made our selection -did not feel pressured to buy which is very important to me. The delivery drivers were very polite well mannered and friendly and I love my new mattress. Purchased the orthopedic ultra firm - my back feels great when I wake up in morning.
