I am always greeted with a smile when I enter this company. The prices are great, and the customer service is excellent. Justice is very knowledgeable, punctual with my appointments, and ensures that I have enough appointments scheduled so I don't have to worry about whether or not I have one.

The ENTIRE staff is so helpful and nice. Bri and Jenna are the ladies helping with my treatments and are super knowledgeable and supportive. I started here with groupon and now am a Glow Club Member not just from treatment results but by amazing customer service. Definitely recommend.

Ashley is a Gem! She is just so sweet to talk to while she is lasering my face. This is my 3rd treatment and when my treatments are over, I’m looking forward to seeing the before and after photos.

Dr Kaado isn’t just a specialist, he is an expert in connecting with his patients. His staff is top tier and the office is decorated in a style that makes you feel like you’re in France. He will guide you through what YOU want in skin care without pushing you towards something you don’t want. He takes the time with you. Listens. Cares. He treats you like a member of his family and will advise you what to not get done or what is best for you. His team is welcoming, kind, and personable. He wins so many awards for good reason. He is the best Virginia has to offer, if not the East Coast. If you have questions about products, procedures, and how to best achieve your overall goals- he is the person to trust.

Working with Dr. Kaado and his staff has been a great experience. He provides honest solutions to help me meet my goals. I always feel informed and never rushed when making important decisions. His team and staff are very welcoming and always it’s always a pleasure to see them.

Dr. Kaado added filler to my nose and lips and I am OBSESSED. I love them! He and his staff were so friendly and very sweet, and he did an amazing job! I cannot wait to get more.

I had an appointment to have lip fillers and this was my first time having any kind of work done. From the moment I walked in for my appointment the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Although I was nervous and excited not knowing exactly what to expect GiGi the Nurse who performed my procedure was AMAZING!! Upon meeting her I instantly felt comfortable. She ask me what look did I want to achieve and she thoroughly explained everything to me. Even during the procedure she continued to explain and to make sure that I was comfortable. I highly recommend the Virginia Beach location and GiGi!! Not to mention my results look BEAUTIFUL and natural! I’ve been getting so many compliments from family and friends even during the few days that I had swelling. I went back to work confidently 2 days later.

I went to Ideal Image for underarm laser hair removal and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the service was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
