I'm back to give another 5star review. I had another facial appt with Cassie who is not only knowledgeable but has the sweetest and most calming disposition. She explained each step with the benefits beforehand without trying to upsell. Throughout my service she asked if everything was at my comfort level or did I need anything. Once again her technique was perfection and the attention of each staff member I encountered is unmatched. Due to my work schedule I have to schedule my appointments later in the day, They never make me feel rushed or as if they squeezed me in. Between the products, services and top tier customer service I always leave there feeling valued, not to mention glowing and confident. I can't recommend Dr. Kaado and the entire office staff enough, If you want to have an amazing experience with the most up-to-date services you can never go wrong choosing Dr. Kaado, Cassie or any of this amazing staff.

The staff was very very understanding and made my first experience one to remember! I definitely will be returning again. My skin also felt amazing and still feels amazing and I got the facial done over a week ago. I definitely recommend everyone to try this place out.
