Really loved the food here! I appreciate that they actually offer vegan and vegetarian options. I personally got the shrimp tacos with the corn tortillas and it was amazingly flavorful!! Also I love love the corn tortillas, highly recommend switching out wheat for corn tortillas and you'll be impressed. The food left me feeling really good and happy! I'm so excited to try more of their menu offerings, and also the service was stellar!!! No complaints.

This place has such a good ambience and decoration! The food was also great- I wish the Totopos chilaquiles I got wasn’t sauced up so much because the chips lost their chip integrity but the sauce was really flavorful, creamy and even a bit sweet I enjoyed it a lot. The enchiladas were cooked well and the sauce added a lot of flavor! Would come again.

Authentic Mexico City inspired food, with plenty options for vegan/vegetarians. The servers were very welcoming. Food was fresh, and they provided couple of additional salsa options. Overall an enjoyable meal. Will visit again.

TORERO'S AUTHENTIC MEXICAN CUISINE REVIEWS

Ordered the choripollo and a margarita. Both were very good. Compliments to the chef and bartender. Chips and salsa was lackluster. Would still recommend this as a good dinner spot.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in North Carolina. The restaurant vibe is great booths are comfortable service was spot on and food came quickly.

I had the beef fajitas for lunch, it was great!! Paula’s service was excellent.

Our first visit to Mezcalito in Cary was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and made for a perfect dining experience. A special shout-out to Alan D., who is truly one of the best servers we've ever had. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our first visit unforgettable. His outstanding service made an already amazing meal even better. Thank you, Alan D., and the entire Mezcalito team, for such a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Mezcalito to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service!.

This was my second time here, and once again, everything was amazing! The food was really good full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell they put effort into both taste and quality. What really stood out to me is the overall vibe of the place. The theme is super nice and well thought out, and the ambiance makes the whole dining experience even better. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

Excellent food! The margs are incredible! I had the Barbie, another family member had the Mango… 10/10!!! Highly recommend the guacamole and chips, the fajita APB bowl and the shredded chicken chimichanga.
