We have had excellent service and meals at this Cary location. We had a large group dinner in an upstairs room and Valerie was a pleasure to work with. I remember it was the holiday season and it is also always nicely decorated and festive. There is always ambient music playing, their service is outstanding and the food is always delicious. I recently dined here with my mom for a special occasion and it was a memorable meal. We had the menu where you pick a salad, entree and dessert. I had the lettuce wedge salad with blue cheese and petite filet and everything was cooked and served to perfection. The desserts - wow- we had a creme brulee and the bread pudding- out of this world! They offer complimentary valet parking and the hostesses were very welcoming. Thank you for making this a great choice for special occasions and team dinners.

I was there for my birthday and I had a great experience. Food was good and the service was outstanding. The Mac n cheese and mashed potato surprised me! They were really really good.

I enjoyed my experience being greeted at the door by the hostess to our server extraordinaire Kyle to our drinks and food. We will be back soon. Thank you all for making Tonight a special one to remember.

OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE CARY REVIEWS

We had an amazing time at the restaurant, Graham our waiter was exceptional. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to because good work should be rewarded and celebrated. Thank you for training such an exceptional employee who is an obvious expert in hospitality.

We recently celebrated at this Outback location for a birthday dinner, and I just wanted to commend the managers (Spencer and Maggie), and the hostess, and the servers (Paul and Lauren) on such exceptional service. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! We had a dinner party of 25 people and everything went so smooth! Thank you for a job well done.

One of the nicer feeling and looking Outback's I've been into in a while. Staff was helpful and attentive. Food was the high quality I expect.

FIREBIRDS WOOD FIRED GRILL REVIEWS

I always enjoy the food here. The only negative aspect is the acoustics. When it's busy, there are times I can barely hear the server or the person sitting right across the table from me, over the surrounding chatter. I also recommend not getting the bread if you are on a first date or otherwise trying to keep up appearances. It's delicious but it's the messiest bread I have ever cut into, as it's nice and soft on the inside, but hard and crusty on the outside, and the crumbs go EVERYWHERE. Even the servers agree, and we toss around terms like crumb-tacular, crumb-ageddon, and crumb-pocalypse. I told the manager how to fix that when they first opened this location more than a decade ago, but apparently that's how they want it.

Great place to crash for a quick bite after shopping or having a casual catch-up. The ambience is very nice and comfortable. Staffs are very polite and welcoming. Must visit to get the great experience, had a great experience with Brad, verybpolite and eager to assist.

Riley treated us! She let me know the drink special (the delicious Double Black Diamond Martini...i odered 3!) and my husband and I had a wonderful afternoon. She was patient with us, her service was fast and accurate! I'm glad we were able to enjoy our lovely newlywed date here.
