She truly cares about you and your baby and sees the best of you at your core. Cassie helped me have a quick and stress free home birth that was beautiful in every way.

I have known Cassie for well over a decade. To have been able to work along side of this extraordinary person has been nothing short of a privilege and an honor. Cassie is an extremely knowledgeable midwife, as well as being one of the most compassionate humans I have ever met. She will go above and beyond for her clients and her colleagues. I highly recommend Cassie Franco. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

I had my second baby in Feb of 2019 in the comfort of my living room with Cassie as my midwife and she was absolutely amazing from the beginning. This was my first home birth, I had my first son in a hospital and had a great experience. I am a more holistic, natural minded mama these days and was looking for a very hands off experience through my labor and pregnancy, and Cassie worked so well with me. She always provided me with the information necessary, cared for my emotional needs as well as my hubby (who was more nervous than me the entire time!), she was great with my oldest son, and she was respectful and supportive of the very specific experience I wanted to create. I truly had the best birth experience and have recommended Cassie to my closest girlfriends for when their times come.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience throughout my pregnancy at Baby's First Day. From the very beginning, my husband and I felt welcomed, supported, and truly cared for by the entire team of midwives. Each visit was a positive experience, and I appreciated the opportunity to meet and build trust with all the midwives throughout my pregnancy. Their collective knowledge, compassion, and professionalism gave me so much confidence and peace of mind leading up to birth. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I always felt listened to and respected in my choices. Sarah and Lorraine were especially helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer my questions and calm any nerves. It’s clear that the midwives here prioritize informed, empowering care, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to walk beside me and my husband during such an important season.

All of the midwives here are amazing. I was treated with respect throughout my whole pregnancy and really listened to when I had a concern. Everyone always had a great attitude in the office which is a nice change of pace after going to your typical OB's office. The online patient portal took away so much anxiety knowing I could reach someone very quickly if I ever had a concern or question. The resources provided here are also top notch, from the birth class to the free lactation support group. I have no complaints about my whole experience with Serenity Birth Center. My water birth was beautiful and the aftermath so peaceful. The power is really all in the mothers hands here as it should be. They provide you with all the information you need and its up to you to make a decision that you feel is right for you. That makes all the difference in the world. We had an incredible birth experience at Serenity. Vegas is so lucky to have a birth center in town. I got to choose to have unmedicated birth for my first pregnancy and we were in awe with how amazing everyone was throughout our whole journey. Everyone was warm and welcoming with every visit, they always took the time to really listen to our questions, and we were never rushed. They provide classes for birth, breastfeeding, for dads and book clubs. I got to borrow books to help me navigate our weekly progress and nutritional books. They made me feel empowered that my body and baby are connected and knew exactly what to do. All the midwives are incredible! We saw the love they have in what they do and believe that women are capable of so much! Im so grateful to have shared this special event in our lives with them and i will do it all over again and go back to Serenity for our next pregnancies and continuous women’s care.
