My physical therapist JB is great. He’s very helpful and friendly. There’s very little wait time. They get you in quick. Entire staff is friendly. Be patience and you will feel results.

I went in the evening time so there wasn't no waiting, the staff was very nice and professional, I was able to do my testing for my employment and was out of there. Keep up the good work everyone.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I sat down for less than 5 minutes before I was called. I definitely recommend this facility and location.

CARENOW URGENT CARE-CHEYENNE & DURANGO REVIEWS

CareNow Urgent Care clinic on Cheyenne and Durango is the best! The parking lot is spacious and well maintained. You enter the waiting room and it is clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. You aren't crowded on top of other sick patients. The office staff is nice and helpful especially when it comes to the tech way of checking in. The medical staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and roomy and Dr. Neville is awesome. She is thorough and has a wonderful doctor/patient manner. She is a great listener and is also very nice. We would recommend this CareNow for future urgent care visits.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Javier. He explained how to use the kiosk to sign in all while helping another customer. The two other customers were literally speaking highly of Javier while I was in the hobby. We certainly can use more of the professionalism and quality work ethic in the world that Javier has established for himself.

Great staff from front desk, to medical care team! Dr. was patient and understood patience concerns. Medication was called in to pharmacy quickly in order to get filled. Very impressed.

Jessenia helped my elderly aunty during our visit, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. From the moment we walked in, she treated my aunt with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. She took the time to really listen to her concerns, explained everything clearly in a way that made her feel comfortable, and never rushed us even though the clinic was busy.

Very happy with the way everything went. First time visiting and was impressed. Edson the front desk rep was so kind and pleasant. The nurse was so sweet, made my daughter feel calm. Doctor Tabion was understanding, attentive to our concerns and took her time with us. The whole staff was superb. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Care First Urgent Care! The service was efficient and smooth—I was able to get in and out quickly for my office visit, which I really appreciated.
