Fantastic service! I have a working dog and once I was able to get ahold of Dr. Mych, Dempsey and their crew I was so pleased! I had a dental procedure done, and they were very accomodating to my pets needs and my preferences. Everyone was SAFE and understanding. If my current vet ever lets me down, I know EXACTLY where I am going next! I even got to speak with Dr. Dejesus when I first went. He was not the Vet that could do my procedure but he was VERY helpful and provided loads of answers instead of just saying no and leaving it at that. The calling and having a few people to talk to at reception is my only complaint. The people were always helpful, the system wasn't the beat but my ONLY complaint.

Such a sweet hospital. I unfortunately had to put my baby down due to serious infection and they were so sweet the entire process and truly look care of sunny in the best way in his final hours. They also sent a sweet card all signed and it just made me cry. It was so beautiful. Will go here again! Thank you for your kindness.

My dog had an accident in the backyard on Christmas which required stitches. They were open and so welcoming. They took such good care of my baby. I was incredibly happy with the service of the vet techs and doctor. Thank you again! Love, Erin and Tucker.

I love aloha animal hospital for my 3 fur babies! I've seen several of the drs and they are all great! They are always able to pin point exactly what the prob is and solve it! My cats are very comfortable there at aloha versus other vets they have been to in the past! They feel safe and comfortable! France went in with reverse sneeze on Wednesday, they ran some other test and gave him a shot. It's been 4 days now and already france has improved!! thank you aloha for always taking care of my babies with love and care!.

We are first time rat parents and we are so thankful for Aloha Animal Hospital and the staff! We have four ratties and the initial checkups went great. Our two boys got neutered yesterday at 14 weeks old and we’re blessed they were in great hands for a major surgery at such a young age. Our vet texted to check in on them today. Thank you for taking care of our new babies!.

Very friendly and professional. Dr. Nieves was knowledgeable and kind. The wait was a bit long but they took good care of our pets and Robin was very accommodating too.

Getting shot for my fur baby. West Charleston Animal Hospital was wore very promote in getting us scheduled in for required shots. Staff is amazing and great customer service. Plenty of parking and fur baby friendly. Lobby is clean and fresh. Appointment was scheduled at 7:00 promptly seen after checking in. KC was in an out quickly. They also have an excellent boarding facility. Thank you again West Charleston Animal Hospital.

I've been using this place since my pups were 6mo old. Now they're going on 13 yrs. Everyone there is pleasant and easy to get along with. I really like that it's also an emergency hospital and they are great about getting you in short notice when or if needed. I also enjoy the fact that you earn points from the services you do use and with those points you can get money off your visits, shots, etc.

West Charleston Animal Hospital provides exceptional veterinary care with professionalism and compassion. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly dedicated to animal well-being. The facility is clean and well-managed, and appointments are handled efficiently. Highly recommended for quality pet care.
