I've been with Frank and Edwin for almost two years now, We had one complicated property and another easier property and have been very happy with both. Not a single issue that we could not resolve with the tenants.

I used Kettle & Oak for my duplex in Chicago. Admittedly, I was a little wary since they were a remote management company, though they did have local boots and resources. This turned out to be the best decision I've made. Kettle & Oak were extremely professional, communicative, and honestly very good on the fees. My property in Chicago scared me, but Kettle & Oak did not. I will use them again for my next property in Chicago.

Kettle&Oak are the best, there homes are amazing. They help you in so many ways, it's always a stressful struggle looking for a new home that fits your family and life size,but with them they work with you and they show you homes that's affordable and that fits your family,good neighborhoods and always have someone for emergency 24 hour. Wouldn't have it no other way.kettle and Oak for the win.
