I had a great experience with Elite Moving & Storing Inc. Moon took my call for help when I had an urgent need for out-of-state movers. He and his team absolutely saved the day for me. I especially appreciated how responsive Moon was in somehow planning for everything over the course of several hours. His team was efficient and professional in clearing out my apartment exactly as planned. Two of his men, Devon and Morocco were great at communicating with me and delivering my things. After going through multiple moves, this one started out as the most stressful and ended up being my best experience ever once I contacted Moon. I will recommend Moon and his crew to anyone I can.

We had an excellent experience with Moon and his furniture moving team when they delivered two fragile Asian antique cabinets to our Manhattan apartment. NYC apartment managements are notoriously tricky about getting the proper required insurance paperwork before the delivery, but Moon handled this with great precision and ease. The delivery itself was seamless: they came right on time and worked carefully unwrapping and placing the cabinets perfectly. This is the way deliveries should be (but unfortunately rarely are in NYC).

Moon and his team did an excellent job moving newly purchased furniture on two separate occasions. They took care while maneuvering throughout our common areas into our condo and were very personable.
