The entire team at Gouffon Moving & Storage is phenomenal. With the unprecedented snow and ice in Knoxville, a house closing deadline, and two moves that needed to happen, it could’ve been disastrous. Taylor, Blake, and Thomas were great with constant communication trying to accommodate us while keeping their crews safe. When were were finally able to drive in our neighborhood, we had 1 day to make a 2 day move happen. They sent 6 guys and 4 trucks in total and they were incredible. Ray, Cody, Chase, Matt, Matt and Louise were not only nice and professional, but they also worked their tales off, barely stopping to take a break. When they knew we had to have all of our things out of the house by a deadline, they moved it to the garage to get it done so the buyers could do their walk through. This made them have to touch everything twice which probably isn’t the most efficient for them, but they did it to help us. I can’t say enough about this crew and the staff overall. I will always highly recommend them and never use anyone else.

These guys are outstanding! Extremely reasonable price and easy to work with. When I had changes to my schedule they adjusted. Their team of movers were professional, curious, fast and handled everything with care. I would recommend them to anyone who has to move in the East Tennessee area.

Gouffon packed me and moved me. Both aspects were very well done! Jake, Art DJ, and Cody P were a great team loading the truck! Jake and Art drove to the out-of-state drop point and unloaded very efficiently. Super pleased to recommend Gouffon.
