Shipshape Moving

Honestly, we couldn’t be happier. Not only did this company have the most reasonable quote out of the 3 we looked at, they also did an amazing job! The showed up right on time, worked very efficiently, helped out with every request and had an amazing positive attitude the whole time. Dennis the organizer was very prompt and professional in every response to questions we had. Tim, the lead mover, was exceptional to work with. He jumped in and went above expectations the entire time and all of the movers were very professional. We signed up for a pre-pack the day before the move since we had a tight 4 hour window at our HOA condo and it was well worth it! The guys showed up and prepped everything the day before, wrapping furniture, helping get things in boxes and prepped wardrobes etc. So worth it for a stress free move day! Day of, these guys worked without any complaints in a very strict HOA building and covered the 400’ building hallway carpets with plastic to avoid damage. The didn’t damage a single item and were extremely respectful of all of our belongings. There was a thorough inspection of the building after the move and not so much as a scratch! These guys are absolute pros and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with them again and will recommend them to anyone we know who is moving.

Max and Ivan were my movers from a second story 2 bedroom to a first floor single apartment. They were able to disassemble, move and reassemble all my furniture and other decor in about 2 hours! Very sweet and hard working young men! They even helped out my neighbor and sold her some tape and boxes for her move at a great price and took it all up to her second floor apartment. All my stuff was moved and wrapped great, and they even managed to leave it in BETTER condition than they found it. Highly recommend to anyone.

Moved in San Francisco and Impel was great! Great customer service that answered all my questions ahead of time and great service from Max and his colleague on moving day! They showed up on time and Max was sure to ask where everything goes and ensure everything was packed up safely. Would definitely recommend.
