was searching for a sound system online when I came across a Used EV Evolve 50 at Bakersfield Sound Co. I called to check its availability and was helped by Mr. Richie, the manager at the music store. He was very nice and professional. I asked about the condition of the speaker, and Richie went the extra mile to help me by taking lots of pictures of the sound system and emailing them to me. I really appreciate what you did, Richie, to help me make a buying decision. He answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Bakersfield Sound Co. for business. Thank you again, Richie.

Got my bass properly setup here and I feel like I got a whole new (better!) instrument out of it! They also did a great clean that made it look brand new. BSCO knows what they’re doing and for super reasonable prices.

I can't say enough good things about this place and their employees! My daughter rents her violin there and we always get 5 star treatment ! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for anything to do with instruments. The staff always goes out of their way to help us and make sure we are happy when we leave. Great customer service and very polite and never ever do they make you feel like you are a bother even when it's something small you need assistance with. Highly highly recommend this business ! I wish I could give 100 stars they are that amazing! Please if you are looking for anything to do with instruments go here first!!!!!!!!! Thank you to all the amazing staff you are absolutely amazing.

I will never go to another music store! Daniel was fantastic! Knowledgeable, he has alot of good information and they have a fantastic rental program where your rental fees (baseline price less taxes or add-ons) are credited towards the purchase of either that instrument or a newer model within the same genre of instrument . Just for buying the protection kit our first months fee was waived! I highly recommend California Keyboard and Daniel.

Daniel was the best man for this job. To be honest I was overwhelmed being new to piano. Daniel gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received thank you Daniel again. I love my new kawai cn201. I practice everyday and to be honest just brings so much peace having a piano at home.

My son has been taking piano lessons from Jay Smith for many years. The lessons are reasonably priced but the experience my son has acquired with his encouragement is priceless. Jay is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, supportive and patient. He studied music in college, so he talks music theory with my son all the time. He is passionate about music and a fantastic musician. The best thing about Jay is his personality. He is one of the most positive, uplifting people I have had the good fortune of meeting. With his support my son has become more confident in his own musical journey, which he hopes to major in. Jay you’re AWESOME.

We enrolled our kid in piano lessons with music teacher, Jay Smith. Signing up was really easy, communication with the teacher, and the schedule have been great! Our kid went into the program, with very little to no knowledge about piano. He has been going once a week for about six months now, and wow am I so impressed with the progress and interest! Highly recommend.

My 10 year old daughter takes violin lessons here, and my 7 year old takes piano. Both of my kids love it and have learned so much! This is a solid group of professional musicians with amazing reputations in the community, so I know my kids are in the best hands. Highly recommend.
