There is such a great variety of activities here at this park. You can enjoy the small paths that lead from end-to-end, fish the two ponds they have there, have a seat in the amphitheater and relax for a conversation or take your kids to the park for some high energy kid chasing. It's easy to tie in with some shopping considering Target is a stone's throw away. Take the time to relax in this grade environment.

Being from out of state, I love coming here to exercise in the morning as there are a lot of walkers. You can play frisbee golf on the course, feed the ducks, walk the path to Ming Lake, follow the Kern River and cross the Highway and go up the mountains and walk on top and all around. I wish we had a park like this back in Illinois. The only drawback are the individuals who leave their trash even though there are huge trash receptacles everywhere.

I love coming to this park with my son, it's peaceful & nice. I like that there's ducks & there's 3 parts of the park so lots of walking, which is good. There's a playground & there's bathrooms here! The only down side is .. I sometimes see a lot of trash that people leave behind, but other than that.. great park!
