THE PARK AT RIVER WALK REVIEWS
Love this park. Love taking my family here. Close to McDonald's just in case the kids get hungry. Across the street, they have a gas station and other food places. A cool little place to visit is what I call, The Locks at Riverwalk. On the west side of the park, there is a bridge. People take their locks and date them and just hang them there. Awesome thing to do with the family.
Great place to fish and exercise. I caught a big channel catfish at the ampitheater few years ago and it split my pole in half but i was still able to reel it in and take it home
Beautiful park on the west side of Bakersfield. There are not many years you can see the ketn river running through the city of Bakersfield.

Beautiful, breathtaking <3 You can relax and enjoy the water sounds and watch the ducks, you can go there to paint, and you can take pictures with everything if you're a style blogger. I'm actually going to start coming here from now on to teach fashion illustration. My students loved the inspirational decor and fresh air. Lately trips to Bakersfield have been very routine and plain boring, this morning we stopped at this park and it was the best choice we could have made. We saw geese and learned some of the duck types, we walked around and felt so peaceful, even had a small condo with a fellow park goer. I couldn't help bur take so many pictures, it was just beautiful.

YOKUTS PARK REVIEWS
The park is great! Wide expensive space, TONS of squirrels for the kids to chase. There's a big play ground and little play ground for different ages. Lots of benches and tables, lots of trees. There's also large harness swings for disabled children. There's a walking path as well.
Stopped on a whim when traveling through Bakersfield, great stop for kids to rest and stretch. We ate a picnic lunch under a big shady tree and then used the playground. We’ll definitely stop again while in town. Playground is great for all ages.
This is an updated playground and has plenty of sensory play. This playground has bathrooms, that mind you, aren’t the greatest but they work. The bike path is near and there are some random people parked and some homeless that go around to walk the path on the opposite side. We loved this updated park though.
