This is one of the places me and my wife like to go in Bakersfield. It just doesn't seem like you're in Bakersfield anymore Plus sometimes they have bands or something going on. Picnic area: They have grills there that you can use
Very nice place to go for a walk or just sit by the lake and enjoy a beautiful sunset, very nice atmosphere, park is clean and the staff are always around keeping it safe Picnic area: Plenty of space
Always a peaceful location to park and walk the walk trail, sit and have lunch, or just absorb the scerene location.

CENTRAL PARK AT MILL CREEK REVIEWS
Lately trips to Bakersfield have been very routine and plain boring, this morning we stopped at this park and it was the best choice we could have made. We saw geese and learned some of the duck types, we walked around and felt so peaceful, even had a small condo with a fellow park goer. I couldn't help bur take so many pictures, it was just beautiful.
I love this place, it is beautiful, relaxing, clean and seeing the sunset definitely falls in love. if you come or live in Bakersfield, you definitely have to visit it
It was very peaceful and beautiful aside from a couple homeless people and a few spots covered in trash I really enjoyed walking through and seeing all the bird and ducks out there

YOKUTS PARK REVIEWS
I absolutely love the restrooms at this place. They are very spacious and you don't feel like you're being watched or feel crowded.
It needs more trees, and the few that there are are very small. And the play area needs shade. Very clean and not invaded is what I liked
This park is very nice and has a lot of playgrounds area, it has swings for kids with disabilities. The rest rooms are close to the playground. Lots of green area for picnics and even to play volleyball.
