THE BEST!!! During these covid times, many items are hard to get, but Samantha and the whole staff are GREAT at finding stuff through their connections and getting it within days! Truly amazing. AND when i made a special ordered, and it was not what i expected, they took it right back with NO problems! This happened TWICE!! I am a professional musician and teacher, and I need high quality gear and customer service, and like I said, they truly are the best music store! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Thus far we've had great experiences with them. I bought a guitar for myself and a loved one and we're taking lessons there. The instructor has been awesome. The staff is very friendly and informative. I notice some of the negative reviews are endorsing other stores so I won't take them seriously since it's likely those stores staff posting the bad reviews themselves.

I needed a guitar tech to re-string my acoustic/ electric guitar, with some broken pieces. He charged me the standard rate for replacing strings, when he could have charged me extra. I was happy with the service I received.
