Tonal Art Music Center

Tonal Art Music Center is a great place to learn music instrument. I am an adult student who started learning piano on my own for about a year, but then I realized I need a teacher to practice good technique and gain a deeper understanding about music, in order to go far. I tried out a few different places around Jersey City and found out Tonal Art Music Center, and my piano teacher Hyeseon. Lucky for me, Hyeseon is the best piano teacher I have met and I immediately decided to go with her after the trial session. She helped me to correct my bad piano habits, taught me a lot of music theory (because I am interested) and all kinds of techniques. She focus on helping student to `perform` the music correctly, not only just `read` the music sheet. During 10 months of learning, I've already learned and progressed so much. I highly recommend Hyeseon and Tonal Art Music Center.

Tonal Art Music Center is a fantastic place to learn. As an adult student, I was nervous to start learning piano, but Hyeseon has made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. Our lessons are equally fun and focused. She challenges me to think more deeply about the music I am playing from how and why certain techniques work better in a certain piece to tapping into my own musicality. Highly recommend.
