10/10!! Amazing experience every time I come here! All of the women are so talented and super sweet! They create long term relationships and always remember their clients. They serve you with beverages/refreshments, and are always very accommodating with special requests. Today I had a pedicure with paraffin and lovely massage by Rochelle and a structured mani by Sharon. Absolutely love love loveee my nails and the experience they provided today. And again, all of the women are super amazing— including Betty, Tracy, Tammy, and more (I’m sorry I forgot names) but I’m always grateful for the services you all provide! Thank you!! :) 10/10 recommend and will be coming back.

Great customer service and the craftsmanship and quality of the nail services is one the best I have ever had. I have been getting nail services for over 20 years and Belle nails is the best nail salon I have been too. Never disappointed by Tracy’s work. I have tried other technicians in the salon and the execute quality work as well.

First time here and Anna and Betty did a phenomenal job on my daughter and I's nails. I see why this salon has great rating. Clean and bright and very relaxing inside. I can't wait to come back and get my toes done too! I think I found my new nail place.

OMG! i went here for my school dance and vicky NAILED IT she gave me exactly what i asked for!! the salon in genreal was so nice and clean!! also my nails were so cheap!!i recommend.

Absolutely happy with my nails. It definitely cost a pretty penny, but Sandra did a great job at giving me what I asked for.

I always get a great pedicure. The ladies are thorough and take good care of me.

Every nail technician, is superb. They take the time to consult with me on my preferred nail style and ensure every detail is perfect. Whether it was the precision with which she applies my polish or the gentle way she handles my cuticles, I always feel completely pampered throughout the entire process. The quality of the products used is outstanding too, and I could tell that the salon takes pride in using only the best. Not only did my nails turn out flawless, but the entire experience is incredibly relaxing. I leave feeling refreshed and confident, knowing I have my new go-to spot for all things nails! Puffin Nails is my go-to spot in Concord! I’m lucky to have found Puffin Nails when I moved to the area. At previous salons, I used to get gel and my nails would chip or break within 2 weeks. At Puffin Nails, my dip manicures last for 4 weeks! Their quality, expertise, and color selections are top notch. I recommend calling to make an appointment in advance and to bring cash for payment. Thank you Puffin Nails for always having my nails and toes looking great for special occasions.

Excellent service and everyone is very nice. I love their salon as it is bright, the nail colors are in rainbow order on the wall, and clean. Plus, they just got new pedicure chairs! I recommend calling ahead as sometimes they are busy, however walk-ins are welcome. I typically get a gel manicure and it will last at least two or more weeks.
